The Felkners



William 'Scoop' and Marilyn Felkner put on a wonderful reunion in Reno NV 2003. Scoop was Chairman for 2003.

He retired from the Coast Guard as . He served at the CGD17 '60-'62 as a SK2, then again '67-'69 CGD17, on to the Sweetbrier in '69, and in '72 theNorthwind. Retired CG as CWO3 and went on to work with the CGD8 as an XO Dist Insp.
