Ralph Hackerson and friend



Ralph.served BSPAV as a CoChairman in about 1986. He and his friend attended our 2007 Seattle Reunion.

He served on the 39-40 CGC ALERT, NEMAH, ATALANTA '41 Juneau, CYANE, and several Isolated stations.COTP, Juneau, Base Ketchican 1946-48

He is retired from the Coast Guard as BMC.
